Flooding hits Natrona County
Heavy rains soaked Natrona County on Thursday (Aug. 13), and the National Weather Service issued a flood advisory through 1 p.m. Flooding shut down the McKinley Street underpass in Casper and temporarily closed I-25, which reopened as floodwaters receded (Oil City News).
Big spending ahead of the Aug. 18 primary
Ahead of Wyoming’s Aug. 18 primary, a Virginia-based PAC spent $549,000, largely backing Freedom Caucus candidates (WyoFile).
